Would you like to learn quilling, rag rug making, Aran stitches, patchwork or straw work?

All these crafts are steeped in the past.

All the traditional crafts are offered as a 2 ½ hour sessions from my own home.

Quilling

Uses narrow strips of paper to make cards, decorate boxes or 2 D pieces.

Rag Rugging

Re use, recycle your old shirts, dresses etc., to make a place mat or a rug for the floor. Techniques covered will be plaited, hooked and proddy, small sample to be worked.

Aran stitches

Learn the names of the different stitches and how to knit them.

Patchwork

An introduction to template and log cabin patchwork. There are many small items you can make before going for a quilt size piece of work.

Straw work
