About Simply Spun

My name is Rosemary and I have been knitting and sewing from an early age. I got hooked on weaving and spinning in my early twenties and have not stopped since.

I just enjoy work and making things by hand. Many other crafts such as corn dollies, patchwork, rag rugs and quilling have been added over the years.

​

I use only natural materials, wool, silk, linen, cotton, paper, straw and rushes. They are eco friendly and bio degradable.

Many of the yarns I produce will be from fleece from local sheep.
